The Salvation Army North/Northeast Regional Project Office is seeking two Project Officers in Beijing and Qinghai.

Job Description

　　The successful candidate will responsible for identifying, designing, implementing and evaluating practical and community project, liaising with the local partners and manage an overall project. Regular report to the Director is required.

Requirement:

* Holder of Bachelor degree or above in sociological development/public health;
* With CET-6 or above in English, excellent in written and spoken;
* At least three years’ project management in NGO/NPO is required;
* Commitment to help disadvantaged communities;
* Well-versed in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc)
* Independence, self-motivated and responsible;
* Strong leadership with communication and coordinating skills;
* Detailed oriented and work under pressure;
* Frequent travel is required;
* Teamwork, able to work overtime, occasionally on holidays is required;

任职要求：
* 大学本科或本科以上，社会学发展或公共卫生专业；
* 大学英语六级(或相当于)以上，良好的英语听、说、读、写水平；
* 三年以上NGO/NPO项目直接操作及管理经验；
* 致力于帮助弱势群体；
* 办公软件，包括电子邮件操作娴熟；
* 工作独立，具自我激发力，认真负责；
* 良好的领导、沟通、协调技能；
* 目标明确并能面对压力；
* 能适应经常出差；
* 具团队精神,可以超时工作，偶尔节假日加班；
