Nick Young (高飏): Founding Editor (主编) Nick is a British citizen born in Zambia. He has lived and worked throughout the developing world (Africa and Central America) working freelance for the Economist, The Guardian, The Financial Times and other internationally-recognised publications. He came to China in 1995 and founded China Development Brief in early 1996 publishing every year to date. Whilst in China he has also undertaken numerous research and training consultancies for IFAD, CIDA, DFID, Care International, the Ford Foundation and contributed numerous papers and articles on the theme of civil society and related issues.
