Position Title: Quality Monitor
职位：质检员
Number of staff : 3(three)
招聘人数：3人
Reporting To：Construction Delegates
报告对象：建筑代表
Location：Mianzhu County, Sichuan
工作地点：四川省绵竹市
Purpose：
Conduct the quality monitoring and check to beneficiaries’ house. Finish other tasks as assigned by the Construction Delegate and Shelter Program Counterpart.
工作目标：
对受益人的房屋建筑质量和材料质量进行检查和监督，并完成建筑代表和建筑项目负责人分派的其它工作。

Duties and Responsibilities:
工作职责
1. Monitor and check the materials and construction quality of homes constructed or under construction by conducting daily home visits (checks) based on the selected beneficiaries list provided by the construction delegates.
监督和检查农户已建房屋或在建房屋的建筑材料和建筑质量，根据建筑代表挑选的受益人名单，每日到不同的农户家进行检查。
2. Complete the quality monitoring forms。
完成建筑质量调查表的填写
3. Utilize the quality monitoring tools to check the construction quality.
使用建筑质量检测工具检查建筑质量
4. Report on weekly basis to construction delegates
每周向建筑代表报告
5. Other duties as assigned by Construction Delegates or/and Shelter Program Counterpart.
完成建筑代表和/或住房项目负责人分派的其他任务

Education and Working Experience Requirements：
教育背景与工作经验要求：
1. Technical knowledge of construction or related field
具有工民建或建筑相关专业的专业知识。
2. At least two years working experience in the field of construction.
具有两年以上相关专业工作经验。
3. Master the knowledge of construction materials and familiar with the brick & concrete structure
有建筑材料知识，并对砖混结构非常熟悉。
4. Familiar with the local rural surroundings
熟悉当地农村工作。

Language skills:
语言技能要求：
Knowledge of Basic English Language preferred
有基本的英语技能者优先
Excellent written and spoken of Chinese Language required
(Sichuan Dialect preferred)
精通普通话口语和书面语（通晓四川方言者优先）
