中意发展合作项目管理办公室招聘
医疗、环保及文物技术专家
根据2004年12月和2006年9月中意两国政府签订的谅解备忘录规定，意大利政府承诺向中国政府提供一定数额的软贷款，用以支持中国中西部省份在医疗、环境及文物保护三领域的发展。为了便于上述三领域合作项目有效执行，中华人民共和国财政部和意大利外交部发展合作司共同组建了中意发展合作项目管理办公室（简称“中意办”）。中意双方的工作人员将负责确保项目的正确实施，协调和确保中央和地方政府职能部门与意大利合作发展司之间的有效沟通，挑选符合贷款条件的相关项目，并为项目推进提供必要的技术支持。

Sino-Italian Development Cooperation Programmes’ Implementation Unit
Position Vacancy Announcement
The Government of Italy commits itself to provide, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the MOU with Chinese government in Dec. 2004 and Nov. 2006 respectively, financial resources to support the effort of Chinese government to promote health care services, environmental protection and cultural heritage protection and restoration in the Central and Western provinces. In order to provide technical assistance for the implementation of the three above-mentioned Sino-Italian development cooperation Programmes, the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Italian Republic has jointly established the Programmes’ Implementation Unit in 2006. An international and local staff ensures the dissemination of the Programmes’ contents and procedures, the coordination among Chinese local and central authorities and the Italian Development Cooperation Headquarters in Rome, as well as the selection of the most promising project proposals. The unit will also support local beneficiaries in the formulation and implementation of Projects through the activation of international and local experts' consultancies.
