PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

MEASUREMENT OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

Program Support
|
• Assist in program training and other activities
• Assist in campus recruiting and promotion
• Prove-read program materials in English to insure quality
|
• Feedback from Program managers
|
|
Grants
|
• Support in implementing fundraising strategy
to meet and exceed annual budget
• Research on perspective donors
• Draft funding proposals
• Draft grant reports
• Maintain positive relationship with local and
international companies
|
• Grants $ raised
• Number and quality of
proposals and reports
• Feedback from Director
and Manager
|
|
Special Events
|
• Support in developing special events action plan
• Support in special event execution
• Support in developing and implementing communication plan of the event within the budget
|
• Feedback from event participants
• Feedback from Director and Manager
|
|
Volunteer Recruiting and Recognition
|
•Identify and recruit new volunteers
• Develop volunteer recruiting materials as needed •Assist volunteer recognition events
|
•Number of new volunteers recruited
• Feedback from Director and Manager

Communications
|
•Assist in publicity materials development including Annual Report, brochures, newsletters, videos.
|
•Quality of communications materials – annual report, brochures, website
|
|
Requirement
- English Native speaker
- Great passion on NPO or Education, willing to contribute to help youth succeed
- Good writing communication in English is a must
- Good Chinese and able to communicate is a must
- Very focus on detail
- A good team-worker
