Lot 1: Building materials (Cement, iron bars, barbed wires, etc)

Lot 2: Greenhouse structural materials (GI Iron tubes, glasses, etc.)

Lot 3: Greenhouse input material (tools, fertilizers, vegetable seed, etc.)

Lot 4: Water supply and irrigation items (pipes, fittings, plastic tanks)

Lot 5: Construction tools, pumps and motors 

Lot 6: Medium size tractors with trolley for transportation

Any supplier interested should contact the EUPS Unit 2 office by the close of business on 3^rd of April 2009 at 17:00 hours for further details, regarding exact specifications, tendering procedures and collection of tender documents.

Interested parties should note that the expected delivery time from signing the contract is between four to six weeks.

It will be the responsibility of suppliers to transport the goods to the site. Therefore suppliers are responsible for arranging all transportation and customs clearances. EUPS Unit 2 cannot take any responsibility for transportation and customs clearances.

The last date for submission of Tender Documents will be the close of business on 27^th of April at 17:00 hours. The Tender Documents will be opened on 28^th April 2009 and contracts with the successful bidders will be signed on or before 30^th of April 2009.
