1. Child Protection Consultant
儿童保护顾问
Duty station: Country Office in Xian
工作地点：位于西安的国家办公室
Responsibilities:
主要职责：
- To lead in Plan China on the implementation of Plan’s global strategy for protecting children; rollout and mainstreaming of child protection policy within Plan China;
- 引导国际计划中国执行和实施国际计划全球儿童保护策略，在组织内部推广以及促进儿童保护政策的主流化；
- To provide technical support and advice on child rights relevant programs;
- 对于儿童权利相关项目提供技术支持；
- To support the program manager on reporting to donors on grants and developing new grant proposals.
- 支持项目经理完成赠款报告以及新赠款项目的开发。
Requirements:

- University Bachelor Degree or above(preferably in law or social development related disciplines);
- 大学学士或以上学位，法律或社会发展专业优先；
- Minimum Experience of 3 years in social development work;
- 3年以上的社会发展领域工作经验；
- Strong interest and sound knowledge in international human rights laws, as well as child rights, child protection issues in China and other countries;

2．Migrant Children Project Coordinator
流动儿童项目协调员
Duty station: Country Office in Xian
工作地点：位于西安的国家办公室
Responsibilities主要职责：
- To carry out and facilitate the daily operations of Plan China’s migrant children project;
- 实施和协调国际计划中国流动儿童项目的日常运作；
- To coordinate project related partnerships;
- 协调和项目相关的合作伙伴关系；
- To coordinate technical support to migrant children project;
- 协调流动儿童项目相关的技术支持；
- To be responsible for the project monitoring & evaluation;
- 负责该项目的监测与评估；
- Other tasks given by Child Rights Program Manager.

Requirements要求条件:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or above, and majoring in social development is preferred;
- 大学或以上学历，社会发展或相关的专业背景为佳；
- Minimum two years’ experience in project management;

- Good understanding and sensitivity to child rights relevant issues;

3. School Link Project Coordinator
学校联结项目协调员
Duty station: Country Office in Xian

Responsibilities主要职责：
- To work collaboratively and co-operatively to create curriculum and training for the teachers and volunteers involved in the School Link Project;
- 与各方合作开发课程，并能为项目学校的教师及志愿者提供培训；
- To facilitate the relationship between UK schools and the Chinese schools;
- 促进中国学校和英国学校的联系；
- Communicating with local stakeholders, including local governments at county, township and village levels on project objectives and contents and working with them on project implementation and resource mobilization;
- 应与当地利益相关方，包括县、乡、村级政府部门交流项目目标和项目内容，并共同开展项目的执行和资源动员等工作；
- To provide training to teachers and volunteers on the School Link Program and Child Centred teaching practices;
- 为项目相关的教师及志愿者提供学校联结项目及以儿童为中心的教学实践培训；
- To conduct project Monitoring & Evaluation for the field projects;
- 负责项目的监测与评估工作；
- To provid on-site support for School Link Teachers;
- 为项目学校教师提供实地支持；
- To ensurethat project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
- 确保项目文档的完整和安全保存；
- To provide on-time feedback and reports to Manager on project progress and challenges;

- To perform other job-related duties as requested.
