1. Disaster Risk Reduction Project Coordinator
减灾预警项目协调员
Duty station: Country Office in Xian
工作地点：位于西安的国家办公室
Responsibilities:
主要职责：
To design, develop, support and manage Disaster Risk Reduction programs
减灾预警项目的设计，技术支持和管理。
Requirements:
要求条件：
- University Bachelor Degree or above(preferably in Sociology or Management);
- 大学学士或以上学位，社会学和管理学专业优先；
- Minimum Experience of 2 years in Community Development Program, Disaster Risk Reduction and Child Centred Program experience is useful;
- 具有2年以上的社区发展项目经验，有相关减灾预放和管理项目以及以儿童为中心的项目经验者优先考虑；
- Be familiar with program management, have certain abilities of program designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, and be familiar with relevant policies of Disaster Management;
- 熟悉项目管理工作，有一定的项目设计，执行，监测及评估能力， 熟悉国家灾难管理的项目相关政策；
- Commitment to child and rural development, good interpersonal and coordinating ability and team spirit;
- 敬业，高效热爱儿童和社区发展事业，良好的人际沟通，善于团队工作，有较强的协调能力；
- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas;
- 热心帮助农村贫困儿童及其家庭；
- Excellent oral and written communications in both English and Chinese;
- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
- Good computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT), basically master at least one statistics software;
- 良好的电脑技能（尤其在使用 Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT方面），基本掌握一种以上统计学软件；
- Ability and willingness to travel, especially in fields (50% of working time).
- 能够和愿意经常出差, 特别是下乡（50％的工作时间）。
2. Microfinance Coordinator
小额信贷协调员
Duty station: Country Office in Xian
工作地点：位于西安的国家办公室
Responsibilities主要职责：
Implements and manages the daily operations of Plan China’s livelihood programs in the rural region, especially in Micro-Finance Program, also possibly including Rural Women Empowerment Program and Cooperative Program, etc.
实施和管理国际计划中国在农村地区的生计项目的日常运作，特别是小额信贷项目，此外也可能包括农村妇女参与发展项目，合作社项目等:
- Works with livelihood team members and strive to realize the livelihood program objectives;
- 与生计团队成员一起工作，实现生计项目目标；
- Builds and maintains the social resources & networking with advisors;
- 与技术顾问一起建立并维护社会资源和网络关系；
- Provides support to local program unit and partners with guidance of technical advisors;
- 在技术顾问的支持下为当地项目办和合作伙伴提供技术支持。
Requirements要求条件:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or above, and majoring in economics related is preferred;
- 大学或以上学历，经济相关的专业背景为佳；
- Minimum two years’ experience in micro-credit (finance) program or community or community/family development program;
- 至少两年以上的小额信贷或农村发展项目经验；
- Experience and skills in project planning, organization, implementation and management;
- 具有项目规划、组织、实施和管理经验和相关技能；
- Interpersonal skills and Collaborative team player.
- 良好的人际交流技能和团队合作精神。
- Excellent oral and written communications in both English and Chinese;
- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
- Adept computer skills (especially in web, office based);

3. Community Development Facilitator
社区发展协调员
Duty station: Jiaxian County in Shaanxi Province
工作地点：陕西省佳县
Responsibilities主要职责：
- To share in the design and planning of community development activities in his/her area of responsibility;
- 参与完成所负责区域的社区发展活动的设计和计划工作；
- To support, guide and control the implementation of development projects;
- 支持、指导和调控具体发展项目的实施；
- To provide awareness, training and monitoring to the community so that PLAN targets can be achieved;
- 为社区提供宣传、培训和检测，以便实现国际计划的目标；
- Oversee Sponsorship communications between Children and Donors.
- 管理交流儿童与资助者之间的交流工作。
Requirements要求条件：
- Minimum experience of three years in social work (field)- preferably in community development activities;
- 三年以上（农村）社区工作经验，参与过社区发展工作者更佳；
- High level training and presentation skills;
- 培训和表达能力强；
- High level communication and interpersonal skills;
- 交流沟通能力强；
- Excellent oral and written communications in both English and Chinese;
- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
- Adept computer skills (especially in web, office based);
- 娴熟的计算机技能（特别是网络应用，办公软件等）；
- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas;

- Spend 80% of time in working in program townships.
- 80%的时间在项目乡镇工作。
