---at least 2 editions of project Newsletters and 2 editions of project working papers during the year
---Set of generic project promotion materials (including stationary, leaflet, events backdrop and banner etc) are developed and distributed with clear project branding that follows EU visibility standards.
职责描述Job Description:
1. Project Website Maintenance (50%)
- Management and operation of the Website layout and uploading of website material in accordance with the Project Website editorial board, through the CMS system
- Co-ordination of Website proof reading
- Archiving and security of the Project website.
- Identification, presentation to the Editorial Project Website Board Members and setting up of website links.
- Co-ordination and collection of material from all stakeholders (MoLSS, ITAT of both component 1 and 2) of the Project Website
2. Project Publications management (30%)
- Collation and editing of the material to be included in the project newsletters and working papers
- Advise and assist in the design and layout of the newsletters
- Participate in the selection of the newsletter contractor
3. Generic Project promotion (20%)
- Advise and assist in the design and development of the generic project promotion materials
- Participate in the selection of the supplier for such promotion materials
- Monitor the usage of project promotion materials to ensure compliance with EU visibility standards.
