This course was designed to help participants learn how to continually improve the effects and outcomes of training activities using quantified formulas.
MODULE 1. CONCEPTS ON TRAINING EFFECTS AND OUTCOMES

• Concepts and Definitions of Training Effects and Outcomes
• Importance of Improving and Measuring Training Effects and Outcomes
MODULE 2. IMPROVING TRAINING EFFECTS AND OUTCOMES
• Approaches, Contents and Methods in Improving Knowledge, Attitude, Skill and Practice
• Approaches, Contents and Methods in Improving Productivity, Quality, Return on Investment and Profitability
• Workshop on Planning Approaches
• Study Visit to relevant organizations
MODULE 3. MEASURING TRAINING EFFECTS AND OUTCOMES
• Developing the Evaluation Plan and Tools in Measuring Training Effects on Knowledge, Attitude, Skill and Practice
• Workshop on Gathering, Processing and Reporting Training Effects
• Developing the Evaluation Plan and Tools in Measuring Training Outcomes on Productivity, Quality, Return on Investment, and Profitability
• Workshop on Data Gathering, Processing and Reporting Training Outcomes
• Visit to relevant training organizations.

DCAAP FEE COVERAGE
As of August 2007
DCAAP is a Manila-based international non-profit organization. It operates based solely on fees of its training participants. Training participants’ fee covers:
1. Two snacks
2. Transportation for field and office visits
3. Large class photograph
4. Editing and packaging of course outputs
5. Certificate of completion/attendance
6. Facilitators'/resource persons' fee
7. Taxi service from airport to hotel
8. Handouts and guidebook
9. Supplies and materials
10. Workshop outputs of the participants hardcopy or softcopy
11. Training kit
12. First aid medical assistance
13. Tagaytay City tour to see the scenic smallest volcano (within a lake) in the world
14. Visit to our 3rd world’s largest shopping mall.
15. Visits to cultural, historical and tourist attractions in Metro Manila
(for 3-4 weeks courses)
Note: Fee is subject to change due mainly to US$ fluctuations. Please clear the course fee with us before finalizing the training cost.
