我是张丹，主要负责企道公司的社会团体的交流工作，我们的工作会帮助企业和代理他们在中国的社会团体项目。在过去的6年里，我们和英国以慈善为基础的不同公司合作，组织他们在长城为期6天的徒步旅行中的筹款事情。
今年，我们收到了来自英国IT（电脑行业）公司---Tamar的需求，他们需要在靠近上海的地方做一些慈善事情，这将变成Tamar公司企业社会责任的一部分。他们已经完成一个在南非的项目（请查看附近，您可以看到更多的信息），现在寻找明年5月到6月可以做的相似的事情。
通过这封邮件，我们愿意向您寻求帮助，可以确定一个在上海的项目，您也许知道我们要找什么样的项目，和企业社会责任相关。
下面是项目的细节和需求：

我们的工作步骤：
1 寻找可能实施的项目（也包括现在正在进行的项目）；
2 最后从这些项目中进行选择（今年的圣诞节左右，即12月24号左右）；
3 我们去访问所选的项目（明年二月份的时候），并且决定最终的项目；
4 在2008年的5月份或者6月初开始实施项目

我们的要求：
请推荐学校，或孤儿院，或幼儿园，以及其他相似的贫困地区，或是其他关于教育或环保的项目。

需要的项目是：
1  上海市近郊的地方（坐车大约45分钟内到）；
2  关于建筑、种植、粉刷或者相类似的工作；
3  项目在10至14天内完成；
4  Tamar公司以后有机会继续在那里从事一些事情（比如：授课----计算机技术或者其他相似的事情，维修电脑或者其他的）。

My name is Zhang Dan and I am manager of Small Steps Community Projects, organization that helps businesses and agencies implement community projects in China. Over past 6 years we have worked with various UK-based charities to organize fundraising events mainly focused on 6-day treks on the Great Wall.
This year we got a request to locate a project near Shanghai that would become part of corporate social responsibility of Tamar, an IT company. They have done one project already in South Africa (please see the attached documents for more information) and are looking for a similar to happen May-June next year.
With this letter we would like to ask for your kind help in locating a project that you may know of which needs help and is looking for a CSR sponsor.
Below are details of the project flow and requirements for the project:

Steps:
Sourcing possible projects (currently happening)
Final selection of the project (by Christmas this year)
Site visit (February) and final confirmation about the project
Project to happen at end May / early June 2008

Requested information:
Suggested schools, orphanages, kindergartens  or similar that are in poor conditions or
Any other education or environment project
 
Requirements:
Vicinity of Shanghai City (45 minutes transportation or so)
Building, planting, painting or similar
Can be finished within 10-14 days
Project that will give team opportunity to continue being engaged (e.g. teaching – computers or similar, maintenance and other)
