Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) is an international development organization that promotes volunteering to fight global poverty and disadvantage. We are currently looking for the following post:

Programme Support Manager, VSO China
Salary: RMB Yuan 150,000/annual (pre-tax) + attractive benefits package

As a Programme Support Manager, you will manage and lead the programme support team to provide effective and efficient administrative support to VSO China programme, including financial management, IT, HR, and office management. This role requires you to work closely with other staff and volunteers.

Excellent administrative skills, time management and team work, Financial management and HR experience are essential for the role, along with a positive work attitude, open management style, attention to details, systematic approach to problem solving, and ability to work to deadlines. You will also need strong interpersonal communication, IT, and English language spoken and written skills.
