岗位职责:
1. 主要协助项目经理完成光华助学金项目、孤儿关爱项目以及其他相关项目;
2. 起草简单的项目文件;
3. 项目相关资料的定期收集、整理及汇总,项目资料的及时邮寄、网上E-mail发送;
4. 项目考察、进度跟进及报告;
5. 项目利益相关方(资助人、合作机构、政府部门、媒体、服务对象、专家等)档案的建立与保管;
6. 保守项目的各项秘密;
7. 树立项目良好的公众形象;
8. 与项目成员保持良好的合作关系;
9. 完成项目经理交办的临时性工作;
任职要求:
1. 社会类专业大学本科以上(含)学历。
2. 大学英语四级以上,良好的英语听、说、读、写水平。
3. 办公软件和办公设备操作娴熟,有文件、档案管理经验。
4. 良好的沟通、协调技能。
5. 从事NGO\NPO相关领域(教育领域)工作优先。

招聘职位:项目官员-(教育发展部)(全职,1人)

岗位职责:
1. 光华大学生公益行动项目的论证、申请、实施、监督以及评估。
1) 与项目合作伙伴沟通、联系,获取项目资料,开发新的项目领域;
2) 论证、申请、评审项目,协同项目经理确认批准项目;
3) 协调签署项目协议书、付款等;
4) 向部门经理提供项目进展报告及评估报告;
5) 项目管理中问题的发现与及时解决、沟通(内部、外部);
2. 项目经理所交付的其他项目任务。
任职要求:
1. 25-30周岁,性别不限,社会类专业大学本科以上(含)学历;
2. 大学英语六级(或相当于)以上,良好的英语听、说、读、写水平;
3. 两年以上NGO/NPO项目直接操作及管理经验,并能独立管理项目;
4. 曾接受非盈利组织管理培训,具有志愿者招募及管理经验公益项目管理经验者优先;
5. 对财务预算及审计工作有丰富经验;
6. 办公软件,包括电子邮件操作娴熟;
7. 具有博爱、舍己的志愿精神,尊重受助群体;
8. 良好的组织、沟通、协调技能和逻辑分析能力;
9. 能适应出差考察。

Position: Assistant of Project Officer (full time)
(Project Development and Management, PDM)
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the PM (Project Manager) to implement the projects, such as education sponsor projects, foster care projects and other related projects .
2. Drafting the simple project documents.
3. Collecting, settling and summering the related project materials, then sending materials by post and E-mail;
4. Coordinating with
5. Exploring, following-up and reporting projects;
6. Setting and maintaining the documents of partners, such as sponsors, cooperative organizations, government, mass media, experts and so on .
7. Keeping secret of the related areas;
8. Setting new public images;
9. Establishing friendly relations with project partners;.

Qualifications\requirements:
A. 25--35 years old, Bachelor degree or above in sociological majors, with related training.
B. Passed CET-6 or above in English, fluent in listening, reading, writing and speaking.
C. Above 3 years’ project management experience in NGO/NPO, with overall project exploration and management
D. Receiving management training of NPOs/NGOs is a plus.
E. Experience in establishing and perfecting the management system, financial budgets and work planning.
F. Well-versed in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), with a good command of Project Management skills.
G. Charitable, dedicated, enthusiastic and respectable.
H. Ingenious, self-conscious and with strong lead-ship competence
