Mission: to relieve poverty in Hong Kong and in different parts of the world irrespective of nationality, race, religions, political system or colour; to provide critical intervention during natural or man-made disaster to serve the individual family unit or community or any affected region by providing medical assistance, financial assistance, food, healing, clothing, shelter, orphanage, training and education.

ACT was originally registered and in Hong Kong in 2002 and is presently engaged in mainland projects with the cooperation of existing mainland organizations. ACT has had a Shanghai office since 2003 and is presently, with the help of Linklaters Law Office, working to attain a mainland registration for a NGO/NPO office.
ACT has worked on projects to address health issues, education, emergency relief aide and poverty easement. They are presently working on several proposals to help in health and education related projects.
ACT’s funding is donated by international corporate groups, as well as by religious and civic groups.
